JOB TITLE: Admissions Assistant

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30am -6pm

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES

The Admissions Assistant assists with overseeing and facilitating the intake of new patients and residents to ensure that residents and their families experience a smooth and comfortable transition into their therapy or skilled care program.

SUPERVISOR- Director of Admissions

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Assist Admissions Coordinator/Lead:
• Tours
• Completing Admission Paperwork
• Follow up on phone inquiries
• Internal Marketing
• Ensuring room readiness
• Verify Benefits
• Greeting New patients
• New patient Orientation
• Facility Tours for New admit
• Participate in Internal and External Marketing Events
• Complete other duties as assigned
• Understands duties during a fire drill and is familiar with evacuation plan. Non-Essential Functions:
• Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings
