As a Customer Service and Sales Expert on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our professional customers, including contractors, property owners, and commercial clients. This position covers all facets of the Pro customer journey, ensuring effective order fulfillment, safe loading, and knowledgeable product recommendations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with Pro customers.
• Driving sales proactively by leveraging your extensive product knowledge and loyalty programs.
• Providing tailored recommendations based on each customer's unique project needs.
• Meeting monthly sales targets and other performance metrics with enthusiasm and commitment.
• Assisting customers at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, and offering specialized product expertise, particularly in paint.
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Addressing delivery issues swiftly and clearly communicating the advantages of choosing Home Depot over competitors.
• Monitoring inventory levels and executing sales initiatives while ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
