Job Description Summary

Coordinate administrative operations, internal communications, and site logistics to support daily business functions, employee engagement initiatives, and customer visits. Ensure effective collaboration across departments by managing scheduling, vendor coordination, and event planning, resulting in organized operations, consistent communication, and a professional experience for employees, leadership, and visiting customers.

  • Coordinate customer visit logistics and meeting arrangements
  • Organize and execute company events and engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate expense reports and purchasing records
  • Create and disperse internal communications across all platforms
  • Manage travel reservations and itineraries
  • Stock and organize office and company store inventory
  • Maintain employee attendance and reporting records

Position Requirements
