Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a utility location; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, equipment areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or other site systems as assigned, report irregular conditions, and document observations in required logs and reports; Control access for employees, contractors, and visitors by following entry procedures, verifying identification when required, and directing individuals to appropriate locations
