Quality Control Inspector

Pay: $16+/hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Location: Shreveport, LA

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team in Shreveport, LA. This position is responsible for inspecting finished products and in-process materials to ensure they meet company quality standards prior to shipment.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products and components for defects and compliance with quality standards
• Document inspection results and report any quality issues
• Perform visual and basic measurement checks using gauges or measuring tools
• Communicate findings with production teams to support continuous improvement
• Maintain clean and organized inspection areas
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Assist with additional quality or production tasks as needed

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read basic measurements (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as required
