Delegate authority and assign responsibilities./liliReview surveillance activities with the General Manager./liliMeet with departmental directors and managers as necessary./liliResponsible for planning, controlling, communicating and implementing procedures and processes for the overall efficient operations of the department./liliEnsure staff is trained and prepared to deliver the highest level of customer service to the guests in order that they might have a positive gaming and entertainment experience./liliEnsure the safety and security of employees and customers. Manages programs and processes to control and reduce loss time injuries./liliAssists and advises other departments and personnel as necessary to ensure the successful performance of the Hotel and the Company overall./liliMeet with directors and managers as necessary./liliControls and facilities processes to ensure proper head count and employee coverage in all operational departments.
