Humana - - Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under direction of the RN according to the Aide Plan of Care; Assist the patient with self-administered medications by opening bottle caps, reading medication labels, and observing medication intake; Take and report temperature, pulse, and blood pressure measurements; Help patient maintain personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, skin care, shaving, oral care, nail/foot care; Assist in feeding patients and monitor food and fluid intake; position patient for meals or assist in self-feeding
