EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities: Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements, following company procedures, regulatory standards, and safety guidelines.; Performs minor plumbing maintenance on existing systems, including unclogging toilets and urinals, replacing valve assemblies and faucet fixtures, and maintaining sensors for automatic flush kits.; Conducts routine painting, carpentry, and general maintenance to keep facilities in like-new condition (e.g., repairing drywall, prepping surfaces, and matching paint).; Repairs and maintains walls, floors, doors, and performs touch-up work to enhance facility appearance.; Performs minor electrical maintenance within state law requirements, such as repairing or replacing fixtures, switches, outlets, light bulbs, ballasts, and sockets.
