Pay: $15-17 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Additional: Voluntary Overtime Available
Location: Shreveport

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC lathes, mills, or grinders and a strong understanding of precision machining processes. This position offers steady hours, great pay growth potential, and optional overtime for those who enjoy maximizing their earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job orders
• Adjust machine settings and tool offsets to maintain accuracy and tolerances
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machines
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality control standards

• 1+ year of CNC machining experience (lathe or mill preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred

• Starting pay: $15.00-$17.00/hr based on experience
• Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday (6:00 AM-4:00 PM)
• Voluntary overtime available
