Come join our team!Position pays: $16.50 an hourShift: Monday to Wednesday from 5:00am - 1:30pmSecurity of Branch: Controlling access to buildings and grounds, allowing access under the branch policy.Customer Service:Handle incoming customer calls concerningRouting Specials on DemandService RequestNo pick-upsResolve customer issuesGenerate ETA to Ops ReportCommunication with all routesMaintain Dispatchers Log:Logging hourly calls into the report log system, including over the payment liability route problems/concerns about Suspicious activity.Create Holiday Routes and Maintain Requests from Customers and National Accounts.Send out safety/security messagesCoordinate any special services to routes and make supervisors aware.Coordinate variable account pick-ups and deliveriesMaintain the Daily ATM Combos list. Assist Messengers with force balances on ATMs and any related ATM IssuesPerform any other duties or special projects as deemed necessary by the Management Staff.Position duties include handling customers' calls into the branch, communicating with all routes, providing ATM combo/support to routes, keying information in daily to the RPMS report, maintaining and updating SOFI information Daily, and maintaining Branch reports.General Information: Climate-controlled office environment.
