Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative based in Shreveport, LA. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The position involves actively seeking out prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product solutions to meet their requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development
• Proven ability in Relationship Building and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
• Knowledge of industrial supply products and the industries we serve is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
• Proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications
• Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel locally
