This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal position based in Shreveport, LA. The role involves assisting attorneys by preparing legal documents, reviewing case materials, conducting legal research, and managing pleadings and motions. The individual will play a critical role in supporting the litigation team to ensure that cases progress efficiently and effectively.

• Proficiency in preparing legal documents and drafting pleadings
• Strong skills in document review and managing legal case files
• Experience in conducting comprehensive legal research
• Knowledge of filing motions and facilitating case-related court processes
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in legal studies, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with litigation procedures and local court systems is preferred
