A company is looking for a PAS Specialist.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality customer service to patients and healthcare providersGather and verify patient information, schedule appointments, and process paymentsAnswer incoming calls, triage requests, and document communications accuratelyRequired QualificationsSix months of experience in a medical office or one year in a high-volume public contact roleBasic computer keyboarding skills, typing 30 - 45 wpmSuccessful completion of a formal Administrative Internship Program may substitute for experienceExperience in a high-volume direct patient contact environment is preferredPrevious experience with Epic and/or as a PAS Specialist is a plus
