Your Responsibilities

• Provide follow-ups to leads to foster their interest and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep a meticulous, current record within our applicant tracking system
• Accumulate commissions that reflect your efforts, based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your referrals
