Carolina Caring is seeking a passionate Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (20 hours per week) to join our Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) program, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care directly in the home across the following service areas: Charlotte, Mount Holly, Belmont, Gastonia, Dallas, and possibly Lincolnton.

In this role, the Nurse Practitioner will play a key part in evaluating and coordinating patient and caregiver needs, fostering meaningful relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality hospice and palliative care services in the comfort of patients' homes.

Requirements

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Master's degree in nursing and appropriate advanced training required for licensure as a registered nurse practitioner. Current, unrestricted North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license. Must maintain CPR certification.

Experience:

A minimum of two to ten years of nursing experience preferred. Hospice or home health experience preferred.
