Snelling is currently hiring an Inside Sales & Warehouse Associate for a well-established and growing company in the oil and gas industry. Responsibilities

• Learn and develop in-depth knowledge of oil and gas parts, equipment, and inventory
• Assist customers with product selection, orders, and inquiries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
• Troubleshoot customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Pull, stage, and organize warehouse inventory for customer orders
• Receive incoming shipments and maintain accurate stock levels
• Support daily warehouse operations, cleanliness, and organization
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, warehouse, customer service, or oil & gas industry experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to learn technical products and parts quickly
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow within the company
• Ability to lift and move inventory as needed
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
