CookJob Overview:The cook will provide exceptional cooking, organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, patient and cafeteria meal servicesDuties/Responsibilities:* Follows and cooks all assigned standardized recipes for cafeteria and patient services* Participates on all meal service patient tray lines* Responsible for ensuring exemplary level of cleanliness and sanitation in the cook and tray line areas* Maintain relationship with all kitchen staff to ensure quality of work* Will be considered an ESSENTIAL employee during weather/disaster emergencies* ESSENTIAL employees are required to work during weather/disaster emergencies* Will participate in all departmental meetings* Will periodically work in other areas of the kitchen and cafeteria
