• Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiting team for more thorough assessments
• Follow up with leads to sustain engagement and guide them through the hiring journey
• Keep meticulous and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings secured, interviews organized, and hires resulting from your outreach
