Work Independently manage daily property operations. - Provide exceptional service to customers including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, processing rental agreements. - Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies. - Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts to include collection efforts. - Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits as per company policies. - Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with a focus on safety and maximizing units available for rent. Job Qualifications: - Our employees are required to have a valid driver's license. - Cash handling experience is preferred. - Ability to work unsupervised. - Basic computer knowledge - Ability to multitask. - Experience in sales.
