The Sales Coordinator will act as the backbone of the sales team, assisting Sales Executives with administrative tasks, CRM management (Wingmate), and customer relationship management. Key duties include making sure all temporary and permanent service agreements are entered into the system along with agreements being scanned into the system. They will assist in identifying prospects, analyzing sales opportunities, creating project plans, and supporting revenue expansion through proposal development and follow-up. They will make sure all Price Adjustments are keyed into system (Tower) and rolled out to customer at the correct time of increase.
