Responsibilities:* Other duties may be assigned.* Greet guests with a friendly and courteous manner.* Take beverage orders and serve them to the guests.* Explain featured items available on the buffet.* Pre-buss tables.* Reset table and prepare the area for new guests.Work Environment:* The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.* The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
