Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, screening visitors, verifying credentials, and supporting entry and exit protocols for personnel, contractors, and deliveries; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns, unusual activity, and/or policy violations according to site procedures; Monitor access points, gates, and/or screening areas to deter unauthorized entry, maintain visitor and vehicle records, and communicate with site contacts regarding approvals and restrictions; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for operational irregularities, damaged barriers, and unsecured access points in an industrial environment; Support emergency response activities when appropriate, assist with traffic and pedestrian control during busy periods, and provide clear directions to employees, visitors, and vendors
