Selling and management of Event Space and Food & Beverage products and services. Facilitating Banquet Event Orders per contracts sold or assigned. Oversee all aspects of Suite operations related to Food & Beverage. Participates/volunteers/serves local charity functions as requested to represent facility. Attend all in-house event-related meetings. Maintaining all Food & Beverage equipment to include; cleanliness and annual maintenance.
