TBA Studio is seeking a Construction Administrator to support the successful delivery of projects during the construction phase. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being highly organized, detail-oriented, and closely connected to both project teams and field activity.
You'll play a key role in keeping projects moving-coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and serving as a central point of communication between internal teams and contractors.

What You'll Do
Construction Phase Coordination
Support pre-construction and construction activities across multiple projects
Coordinate meetings and distribute clear, timely meeting notes
Maintain organized project records (RFIs, submittals, change orders, field reports)
Track open items and follow up to keep projects moving forward
Documentation & Communication
Manage RFI and submittal workflows in coordination with project teams
Assist with preparation and distribution of construction documents and contracts
Maintain contractor compliance documentation (insurance, bonds, etc.)
Pay Applications & Change Orders
Review contractor pay applications for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate internal review and assist with verification of progress
Track and process change orders, including documentation and approvals
Field & Project Support
Conduct periodic site visits to observe progress and document conditions
Prepare field reports with photos and key updates
Communicate project status, risks, and needs with internal teams
Project Closeout
Coordinate and complete punch lists and track completion
Assist with substantial completion and closeout documentation
Compile final project closeout packages
Requirements
1-5 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or similar role
Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
Familiarity with construction documentation and processes
Experience working with contractors and project teams
