Yard / Logistics Laborer Position Summary: The Yard / Logistics Laborer supports daily yard and logistics operations by loading, unloading, organizing, and moving materials safely and efficiently. This role helps maintain a clean, organized worksite while assisting with material handling and distribution activities. Responsibilities: Load, unload, move, and stage materials or equipment Organize yard or warehouse areas for efficient operations Assist drivers, forklift operators, and logistics staff Perform general cleanup of yard and work areas Follow safety procedures and company policies Inspect materials for damage and report issues Qualifications: Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as required Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Previous yard, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred but not required Work Environment: Outdoor yard and/or warehouse setting Standing, walking, bending, and lifting required
