As a Fleet Service Agent, you will be tasked with ensuring that aircraft are thoroughly cleaned and properly prepared for operations the following day. Perform comprehensive cleaning of both the interior and exterior of SkyWest aircraft. Maintain and organize aircraft materials and supplies. Conduct limited maintenance and cleaning within the maintenance hangar and facility. Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Manager, Supervisor, or Crew Leader. Minimum Requirements. THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION - Demonstrated strong communication skills. Able to routinely lift over 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English. Holds a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license. Authorized to work in the United States for any employer, without need for sponsorship. Capable of performing effectively under stressful conditions and tight deadlines. Exhibits self-motivation.
