All work is located within the East Texas/Louisiana District based out of Tyler, Texas.

Nabors Drilling is hiring experienced Floorhands, Motorhands, Derrickhands, Drillers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily drilling rig operations
• Handle drill pipe, tubing, and rig equipment
• Clean and maintain rig floors, tools, and work areas
• Support rig up and rig down activities
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures
• Assist Derrickhands, Motorhands, and Drillers as needed
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Lift, move, and carry heavy equipment and materials

Qualifications:

• Oilfield drilling rig experience required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotational schedules
• Reliable transportation required during entirety of hitch
• Must pass drug screen, fit test, and background check for felonies & misdemeanors
• Background checks- some allowed, others not
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and professionalism

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Climb ladders and stairs
• Stand for long periods
• Work in extreme weather and noisy environments
• Perform repetitive bending, lifting, and pulling

Schedule:

• Rotational hitch schedules
