Fleet Analyst Rep / Inside Sales

A growing Fluid Equipment Rental company is looking to add a Fleet Analyst Rep / Inside Sales Representative to their team in Shreveport, LA. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, mechanical aptitude, and customer service or inside sales experience looking to grow within the equipment rental industry.

This position will support daily fleet operations while assisting customers, coordinating equipment availability, and helping drive branch revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track fleet utilization, availability, and equipment movement
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating rental equipment
• Support outside sales and branch operations with customer requests and quotes
• Build relationships with contractors, industrial clients, and municipal accounts
• Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure equipment readiness
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and inside sales activity
• Prepare rental agreements, reports, and documentation
• Maintain accurate fleet and customer records in company systems
• Identify opportunities to increase fleet utilization and revenue

Qualifications

• Previous experience in equipment rental, industrial sales, fleet coordination, logistics, or inside sales preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge of pumps, fluid equipment, or construction equipment is a plus
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

Preferred Background

• Equipment rental industry experience
• Fluid solutions, pump rental, bypass, or dewatering knowledge
• Fleet coordination or dispatch experience
• Industrial or contractor customer experience
