TJX - 7060 Youre Drive - Responsibilities: Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving; minimize shrink and damages.; Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates; serve as a mentor and role model.; Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes; provide input on succession planning.; Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and operational programs.; Improve store layout and efficiency.
