Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns; Monitor access points, observe foot and vehicle traffic, and support authorized entry procedures in a manner that helps to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Complete incident reports, maintain a visible presence, and communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or local responders as needed
