Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:* Using your own personal vehicle to travel to and complete in-store merchandising tasks within the designated stores assigned to your territory.* Lead and train a team of Merchandising Associates within your designated territory.* Collaborate with project managers and field operations to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.* Maintain inventory levels, executing planograms, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel to ensure that the final presentation aligns with brand standards.* Carry out assignments with the highest level of integrity.* Address and resolve issues for our associates, store management, and brand clients.* Actively mentor your team to cultivate a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.* Engage with team members to effectively offer constructive feedback based on performance.* Identify challenges, develop strategic solutions, and resolve issues promptly.
