Description:

The F&B Marketing Coordinator will be an integral part of the team with maintaining website and social media sites while helping to increase social engagement for the food and beverage outlets.Where You'll Make an ImpactLead all social media management, including content ideation, creation, photography/videography capture, scheduling, publishing, and performance reportingDevelop and execute monthly and weekly social content calendars aligned with promotions, events, and business goalsMonitor engagement, respond to users, and actively grow audiences (including inviting users to follow pages)Track and report on social media and website performance, including insights and recommendationsOversee TikTok Business Manager, including content creation and execution, managing ad scheduling and campaign timing, funding paid media, tracking performance, and maintaining the Linktree account to ensure all links are current and aligned with promotionsMaintain strong sponsorship relationships, execute deliverables, and provide detailed recap reporting on activations and campaign exposureAssist in tracking paid media performance and campaign resultsSupport oversight of paid social campaigns (TikTok/business manager, boosted posts), including funding, timing, and reportingManage and update website and Sitecore content, including events, LTO pages, landing pages, CTAs, and venue pagesEnsure all web content is accurate, timely, and aligned with marketing campaignsOversee and update digital screens and in-venue signage (standing screens, LED boards, promotional graphics) to align with current campaigns and eventsMaintain organized photo and video libraries for marketing useCoordinate and execute photoshootsAssist in development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and event plansSupport creation of marketing collateral (flyers, posters, menus, digital graphics) from concept through approvalOversee data collection strategies and execution for contests, giveaways, and other database growth initiatives, ensuring proper setup, tracking, and reporting of participant data and campaign performanceMaintain and update marketing calendarAssist with invoicesAssist with email marketing campaigns, list management, and e-blastsSupport press releases, media advisories, proofreading, and copywritingParticipate in on-site events, activations, and promotionsCollaborate with internal teams and external partnersProvide input on marketing strategies and new campaign ideasPerform additional duties and special projects as assignedSkills To Help You SucceedDedicated to supporting business needs, including working non-traditional hours for events, promotions, and activationsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple venuesWillingness and eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic marketing environmentConfident, outgoing, and professional demeanorCollaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partnersSelf-motivated with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetExcellent written communication skills with strong copywriting and proofreading abilityAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMust-HavesHigh School diploma or equivalent with relevant marketing experienceAbility and flexibility to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as required by events and operationsAbility to work in an environment where alcohol service and smoking are presentMust be able to secure and maintain licensure as required by the Louisiana Gaming Control Board or other applicable regulatory entitiesPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a marketing, social media, or related roleExperience managing social media platforms for a brand or businessFamiliarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Manager, and paid social campaignsExperience with CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Experience with marketing tools such as Sprout Social, Monday.com, and PopuloWorking knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for basic graphic designPhotography and/or videography experience, including content capture for social media#J-18808-Ljbffr
