We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Specialist Supervisor to join our Family Support Organization team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Support Specialists, ensuring the implementation of treatment goals, and maintaining open communication with Wraparound Agencies. Join our team of passionate professionals and help us make a difference in the lives of families we serve.Responsibilities Direct oversight and management of Support SpecialistsCoordinate weekly staffing schedules and manage referrals and authorizationsMaintain regional census and complete weekly quality assurance measuresEnsure effective documentation of meetings with families by Support SpecialistsEstablish and maintain open communication with Wraparound AgenciesOversee the correct implementation of treatment goals and interventions from the Plan of CareConduct monthly staff meetings and supervisions with Support SpecialistsProvide ongoing education and training to Support Specialists as neededUtilize computer interface for documentation and billing purposesReturn phone calls promptly and adhere to all safety rulesQualifications Bachelor's degree in a human services field or a bachelor's degree in any field with two years of full-time experience working with family, children/youth, or community service capacitySelf-identify as a current or former consumer of mental health servicesDemonstrate a minimum of 6 months in self-directed recovery within the last yearSuccessful completion of parent support training and Behavioral Services of Louisiana Required TrainingsComplete Parent Support Supervisor TrainingJob Type: Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
