Manager - Slot Technicians

Responsibilities:

  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Plans and implements machine moves and conversions.
  • Maintains an effective parts inventory program.
  • Evaluates Technical staff and takes corrective action if necessary.
  • Enforces company and Louisiana State Police policies and procedures.
  • Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise Slot Techs.
  • Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Compensation:

  • $60,000 annual salary

Qualifications:

Education:

Associates or better. Technical/other training or better.

Experience:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 4 year supervisory experience.

Licenses & Certifications:

LA Alc Compliance Trainer LA Ops License
