Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, hardworking individuals to join our team as Truck Team Members (Junk Removal Specialists). In this role, you'll work alongside a teammate to provide on-site junk removal services while delivering excellent customer service. This is a physically active, customer-facing position with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive or ride in a company truck to customer locations
• Lift, load, and remove items such as furniture, appliances, and debris
• Provide on-site pricing estimates based on volume
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Accept and process payments
• Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50–100+ lbs repeatedly
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid Chauffer's Drivers License
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Must pass background check, drug test

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, physically demanding role
• Indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Frequent lifting, bending, and carrying
