Alsco Uniforms - 5000 Hollywood Avenue - Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, boilers, and related systems; Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document maintenance activities, track work performed, and support PM schedules; Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems; Provide day-to-day guidance to maintenance technicians, including assisting with prioritizing work, staging jobs, and supporting workflow coordination; Coordinate with the Chief Engineer and production leadership to align maintenance activities with operational needs
