Kellermeyer Bergensons Services - 2735 Beene Boulevard - Responsibilities: Maintain professional, prompt customer service and communications; Maintain SIDA badge compliance and serve as site signatory/escort for subcontractors in restricted airport areas, where applicable to the site; Receive/acknowledge, execute, update, and close out work orders when directed or authorized by KBS Dispatch/Operations; otherwise provide timely updates, photos, and completion notes; Perform preventive maintenance inspections per customer scope and within state guidelines; Repair/adjust doors and closers; change locks/cores; reset door codes as directed by site management/KBS
