Missions

Are you preparing a Bac+3 and looking for an internship that will really develop you? With us, we don't just recruit interns: we recruit future store managers. The goal is simple: to train you on the ground, to develop your skills, and to prepare you to gradually take on responsibilities.

Every day, you contribute fully to the life of the store and you discover what it means to lead an activity, to move a team forward, and to contribute to the performance of a point of sale.

Throughout your journey, you are accompanied by a trade tutor in the store and by an HR tutor, to help you progress, to give you perspective on your experience, and to build your future path.

Concretely, you participate in:

• Commercial animation and customer satisfaction;
• Organization of activity and good store management;
• Analysis of results and implementation of improvement actions;
• Daily team support;
• Application of safety and quality rules.

In Bac+3, you develop the fundamentals of the trade and field management.

Profile

• You are preparing a degree in commerce, management, business, or distribution at the Bac+3 level.
• You already have some experience in a store (student job, internship, summer job, internship, or first job). This is mandatory, as we are looking for candidates who already know the realities of the field.
