Fleet Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic to help maintain our medium-sized fleet of late model buses and SUVs to high standards. This is a full-time position working in a professional environment with a dedicated on-site repair facility. Our shop includes a 4-post lift, diagnostic tools, and a clean, organized workspace focused on maintaining our private fleet.

Position Details

• Guaranteed 40-hour work week.
• Normal schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain fleet reliability and safety standards.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, brake, suspension, and drivability concerns.
• Work closely with fleet management to keep vehicles operating efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of diagnostic and repair experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with late-model Ford, GM, and Mercedes vehicles preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional standards.
