Missions

Are you preparing a Bac+3 and looking for an internship that will really help you grow?

With us, we don't just recruit interns: we recruit future store managers. The goal is simple: to train you on the ground, to increase your skills, and to gradually prepare you to take on responsibilities.

Every day, you contribute fully to the life of the store and you discover what it means to lead an activity, drive a team, and contribute to the performance of a point of sale.

Throughout your journey, you are accompanied by a trade tutor in the store and an HR tutor, to help you progress, gain perspective on your experience, and build your future path.

Concretely, you participate in:

• Commercial animation and customer satisfaction;
• Activity organization and good store management;
• Analysis of results and implementation of improvement actions;
• Daily team support;
• Application of safety and quality rules.

In Bac+3, you develop the fundamentals of the trade and field management.

Profile

• You are preparing a degree in commerce, management, business, or distribution at the Bac+3 level.
• You already have some experience in a store (student job, internship, summer job, internship, or first job). This is mandatory, as we are looking for candidates who already know the realities of the field.
• You want to be part of a long-term professional project, you are motivated to learn a trade, gain autonomy, and eventually evolve towards management positions.
