Administrative Assistant

We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and energetic Administrative Assistant to support our order processing team in Bossier City, LA. This role plays a key part in daily business operations and customer support. Primary responsibilities include:

• Accurately entering and managing customer orders
• Handling incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Processing and maintaining essential paperwork and documentation
• Supporting internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma required
• Experience in Manufacturing, Architecture, Construction, or a related field preferred

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
