Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: Full-time schedule with rotating Saturday shifts

What You'll Do
Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling
Support patient check-in and check-out processes
Communicate hospital services, recommendations, and policies clearly
Process payments and maintain accurate client records
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets
Support daily front desk operations and workflow
Help create a positive experience for every client and patient visit
