Phyle Inventory Control Specialists (PICS) is hiring Inventory Counter / Auditors for retail merchandise in Shreveport, LA. Candidates should be highly motivated and customer‑friendly.Inventory Counter / AuditorShreveport, LAWe Offer:Paid training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement. Most managers began as inventory auditors.Paid transportation will be provided to any inventory outside of a 30‑mile radius of your district office.Starting pay is $12.50+, depending on experience and responsibilities. Raises are tied to productivity. Higher pay for employees with additional responsibilities (driver, pharmacy counter, etc.). Personal drivers receive pay for time and mileage.Additional hours are available for Team Leaders, drivers, and employees who count in pharmacies.Position Requirements:Be available to work first and/or third shifts. Shifts typically last 5 to 7 hours on average.Must have reliable transportation to inventory sites within a 30‑mile radius of the district office.Each inventory is in a different city and will require the team to travel to the scheduled destinations.10‑key data entry (calculator) experience is a plus, but not required.Requires stepping up on step stools, reaching and stooping down to count merchandise from top shelves to bottom shelves.Must be 18 years of age or older.PICS Inventory is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
