Pay: $15.00 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our property in Shreveport, LA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping grounds neat, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns and landscaped areas

• Weed flower beds and maintain shrubs, bushes, and trees

• Pick up trash and debris to keep grounds clean and presentable

• Perform basic landscaping and general outdoor maintenance tasks

• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment and hand tools

• Assist with minor repairs, painting, or facility upkeep as needed

• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Valid driver's license is a plus
