Whether you are just starting your career in distribution or bring prior warehouse or leadership experience, we have opportunities for both TierI (entry‑level) and TierII (experienced) associates. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and take pride in accuracy, safety, and organization.What You'll DoReceive, stock, and package inbound and returned merchandiseMaintain accurate inventory records and manage stock organizationOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, or forkliftsEnsure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently metSupport team members through communication and collaborationAssist with special projects or leadership tasks as experience allowsWhat Success Looks LikeComplete safety and equipment training and apply safe practices on every taskLearn inventory locations, product handling standards, and core workflowsMeet attendance and reliability expectations and communicate clearly with teammates and leadsAchieve at least 98 percent accuracy on receiving, stocking, picking, and packingSustain 99 percent pick and pack accuracy with units per hour that meet team targetsMaintain zero preventable safety incidents with consistent adherence to all SOPsKeep work areas organized and audit‑ready with accurate labels and countsCross‑train in at least one additional function, such as receiving, putaway, picking, packing, or returnsFor TierII, serve as a go‑to resource, coach newer teammates, identify bottlenecks, partner with the lead to adjust assignments, and suggest process improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and safetyWhat You'll BringAt least 2 years of experience in a distribution center; leadership or supervisory experience is a plusStrong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage moderately complex tasksHigh school diploma or GED requiredExcellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detailPhysical stamina to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet (standing/walking) for at least 90 % of the shiftExperience using pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipmentA collaborative, team‑focused mindset with a proactive work ethicBasic proficiency with computers and warehouse systemsPreferred ExperienceForklift and turret truck/stock picker experienceCompensationTierII $19 to $26 per hourTierI $16 to $22 per hourActual rate depends on experienceSchedule2nd Shift: End times vary based on production needs; flexibility is required.Sunday: Noon until the end of productionMonday – Thursday: 2:00 PM until the end of productionIf you're ready to take the next step in your career—or start one—with a company that values teamwork, integrity, and growth, we'd love to hear from you!Why Join UsAt M&D, you'll be part of a mission that matters.
