Operates and maintains automated data processing equipment to perform product accounting, computations, and research. Stores, maintains, issues, and delivers raw materialsAssists/Coordinates year-end inventoryDaily inventory control - monitor and resolve discrepancies, which includes:Negative inventoryProduct listed in primary locationProduct in receiving and research locationsPhysically performs inventory transfers as well as enters those movements within the SAP operating systemMonitor and work with Inventory Coordinator with old/obsolete inventory dispositionComplies safety, security, and environmental directives and practicesPrepares documentation indicating identification and quantity of assetsWarehouses stock items, maintains storage area infrastructure and facilitiesRequired Education/Experiences:Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school, one year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experienceMust be able to work any shiftMust have the ability to stand during an entire shift as well as must have the ability to lift and carry 60lbs up and down stairsPrevious forklift experience requiredMust be able to navigate MS Office efficientlyPrior SAP experience a plusCompetencies:Ability to solve practical problems and deal with changing concrete variables with limited supervisionSelf-motivated and detailed-oriented.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively work with individuals both inside and outside the company.Fosters positive work relationships and is a solid team playerAble to complete projects in a timely manner and get resultsSupports the strategic and operational direction of the businessDemonstration of Calumet Values – Safety, Environment & Social Responsibility, Teamwork, Ownership, Passion for Customers, and ExcellenceP.S.
