What You'll Do:

• Lead sterile processing operations to support patient care and surgical procedures
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment distribution across departments
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and reporting of OR supplies and instruments
• Train, develop, and motivate staff to achieve departmental goals
• Oversee departmental productivity and quality performance
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Support the preoperative process by coordinating resource availability

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as CRCST, CSPDT, or CST (preferred)
• 2+ years experience in sterile processing or surgical tech role
• Proficiency in computer and software systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, and travel between facilities

• Experience in hospital surgical or sterile processing environments
• Leadership and staff development skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and regulatory standards
