About the Role:End Of Day Logistics is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Courier to join our growing team in Shreveport, LA. This is a vital role where you'll be responsible for the safe and timely transport of medical specimens, documents, and supplies - making a real difference in patient care every day. We have the following routes available: Shreveport Metro area, Shreveport to Monroe, LA, Shreveport to Longview, TX, Shreveport to Texarkana, TXResponsibilities:Pick up and deliver medical specimens, lab samples, pharmaceuticals, and medical documents to hospitals, clinics, and laboratoriesEnsure all deliveries are handled with proper care, confidentiality, and in compliance with HIPAA regulationsMaintain accurate delivery logs, chain-of-custody documentation, and electronic tracking recordsFollow strict time-sensitive delivery schedules to ensure specimen integrity and patient care timelinesInspect and safely package medical materials for transport according to biohazard and safety protocolsCommunicate proactively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status or delaysMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant delivery vehicle at all timesRequirements:Valid Louisiana driver's license with a clean driving recordPrior experience in medical courier, logistics, or delivery services preferredBlood borne pathogen certificationHippa certificationFamiliarity with HIPAA compliance and biohazard handling procedures is a plusStrong time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlinesReliable, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbsComfortable navigating the Shreveport metro area efficientlyAbout Us:End Of Day Logistics is a trusted name in medical and specialty courier services, proudly serving the Shreveport community with speed, precision, and care.
