Warehouse Associate

Pay: $12/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Location: Shreveport, LA 71106
Job Description

A local company in Shreveport is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to assist with receiving, loading and unloading, warehouse organization, and general cleanup.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable staying active throughout the day and helping wherever needed to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
Job Duties

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials
• Receive shipments and assist with checking incoming products
• Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Assist with stocking and maintaining organized storage areas
• Prepare materials and products for pickup or delivery
• Perform general warehouse cleanup and housekeeping
• Keep work areas, aisles, and loading areas clean and organized
• Assist other warehouse employees with daily tasks as needed
• Follow company safety procedures while handling and moving materials

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, material handling, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
• Comfortable loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Willingness to perform general cleanup and other duties as assigned
